On this Lunar New Year…
I want to wish you health, happiness and the reminder that less is more. Thank you for being with me this past year both online and in person. The connections I have made and relationships I hold dear have been some of the best gifts of 2022.
What Self Care Does (and Doesn’t) Look Like
I have thought of you all often as I have taken the last month and a half “off.” I laugh a little to myself in writing that, as this time as been so full (and a bit arduous at times) that it has hardly felt like a respite.
Looking back fills me with gratitude
I’ve been thinking a lot about gratitude this week. I do that, in times of recent tragedy, loss and overwhelm.
